Class R Requirements

Class R Members are former Class A or Class
B Members who wish to remain Active in the Corporation after
retirement. Class R Members are eligible to serve on the Board of
Directors as long as the Board of Directors consists of no more than 3/
8 non-skating Members. Class R Members may serve as Committee
Chairs.

(ii) Requirements to Maintain Active Status. Class R Members must pay the
monthly Membership fee by the 15th of each month and complete work
contributions, which requires Active service on at least one Committee
of the Corporation. Class R Members are required to complete all
required paperwork for the Corporation in order to maintain their
Active status. Class R Members must attend all meetings of the
Corporation. A warning will be given after one month of failure to
meet Active status requirements by the Enforcement Committee.

(iii) Voting and Other Membership Rights. Class R Members have full
voting rights unless Inactive. Class R Members will have access to
the Corporation’s main message board and any Committee boards on
which they serve.
